From 100% Cornish apples - varieties include Manaccan Primrose, Cornish Aromatic, Tregonna King, Cornish Breadfruit, English Codling - all picked within a 20 mile radius of the Old Nuclear Bunker. Processed from apples, to cider, to vinegar by us, in house. Oak matured, then drawn straight from the barrel. Raw, unfiltered, live, with 'the Mother'.
