What data we collect
During checkout for webstore orders we collect a name, address, phone number and email address for shipping purposes. Payment details are NOT collected by our site, all payments are handled by trusted external services - Paypal or Stripe. Abandoned baskets are held for a week but have no identifying information attached.
Data retention policy
We hold purchase data for 3 months before it is auto-deleted. Abandoned baskets and orders with failed payment are deleted after a week.
What we do with your data
Absolutely nothing. We will never gather more than we need, never share it, never sell it.
Your legal rights
Ping us an email and we will happily delete all your records from our system. Please be aware that this will cancel any unshipped orders and will make it impossible for us to process any returns or refunds. The body responsible for data protection complaints in the UK is the Information Commissioners Office.
