Artisan Raspberry Vinegar - 250ml

Artisan Raspberry Vinegar starts life as 100% whole raspberries. We squeeze the pure juice and ferment it into an intense raspberry wine, which then goes through a slow, natural process transforming into Artisan Raspberry Vinegar. It is then sweetened with fresh raspberry juice and a dash of sugar, and barrel-matured until smooth and tangy.

Made from our own whole-fruit raspberry wine – and nothing else except lots and lots of time.
