Every bottle of vinegar we’ve ever sold has our logo on. It’s a simple little line-drawing, done by a friend of ours right back at the beginning while we were trying to find out if there was a product that was worth making, and to figure out a way of making it. It is of me, in my hat and boots, pouring vinegar out of a barrel, with Leonora on one side, and on the other side a young bearded collie – not much more than a pup.
