Artisan Raspberry Vinegar

Artisan Raspberry Vinegar starts life as 100% whole raspberries. We take the pure juice and ferment it into an intense raspberry wine, which then goes through a slow, natural process transforming the raspberry wine into Artisan Raspberry Vinegar. It is then barrel-matured until smooth and tangy.

Artisan Cider Vinegar

Artisan Cider Vinegar is made from traditional Cornish apples. We squeeze the pure juice and ferment it into a strong dry cider, which then goes through a slow, natural process transforming the cider into Artisan Cider Vinegar. It is then oak-matured until smooth and woody.

Artisan Honey Vinegar

Artisan Honey Vinegar

Artisan Honey Vinegar is made from 100% whole Cornish wildflower honey. We brew that into a powerful, fragrant mead (honey wine) and then transform the mead into Artisan Honey Vinegar. It is then sweetened with some of the same raw wildflower honey, and barrel matured.

Strawberry Shrub

If you'll excuse a personal reflection, this is my personal favourite of our shrubs! Strawberries and vinegar are a classic pairing, and the combination of our Artisan Strawberry Vinegar with fresh pressed strawberry juice creates a truly refreshing summer drink.
