Artisan Damson & Sloe Vinegar starts life as 100% whole Cornish damsons and wild sloes. We take the pure juice and ferment it into a rich, sour wine, which then goes through a slow, natural process transforming into Artisan Damson & Sloe Vinegar. It is then barrel-matured until smooth and full-bodied.
Made from our own whole-fruit damson & sloe wine – and nothing else except lots and lots of time.
